I couldn’t agree more Dennis. I have seen time and again the successful individuals are the ones with very little ego and no sense of arrogance. They just lead people by bringing out their best traits and I am a true believer that “like-minded” people want to collaborate with people who share their values and beliefs. The power of a team which is properly aligned is pretty amazing and typically the results speak for themselves.
