Victoria Downing, a member of my peer group of peer group providers and the president of Remodelers Advantage, recently did a review of my last book. Obviously, by the time a writer of a blog, white paper, or book releases it, he thinks it’s a glorious work of art and that it will prove indispensable and irreplaceable to his audience. Therefore, I was more than a little curious to see how she would represent the book and adapt its contents to her subscribers.

Turns out that about 80% of her audience is made up of family owned businesses. Victoria zeroed in on what she perceived as the five key mistakes to avoid in order to build a sustainable family business. She’s quite an entertaining and energetic speaker, and we thought you’d get a kick out of her short video.
