When do the peer groups meet?

There are two meetings a year typically in the spring and fall. Actual meeting dates are selected by the peer group members and coordinated with their group facilitator.

Where do the peer groups meet?

The peer group meetings are hosted by a member of the group in their home city on a rotating basis. At the group’s discretion, other meeting locations may be selected.

What is the time commitment needed?

There are two meetings a year for two and ½ days each that you are expected to attend. In between the meetings you will spend several hours working on commitments to improve your business. You get out of it what you put into it.

How will I know what to expect as a meeting draws near?

Our professional staff will keep you connected throughout the year with your peer group. As the time draws near for your semi-annual peer group meetings, The Performance Roundtable staff will coordinate and communicate to you all the logistical details. In addition to meeting logistics, you will also be directed regarding the agenda and associated expectations for each meeting.

Do I really have to share operating, performance, and financial data with the peer group?

Each peer group member commits equally to sharing as much data as is required to meet the collective goals of the group. This typically means full disclosure. You get out of the group what you put into it including your company’s operational, financial and other performance information. Each member of your group is under a mandatory nondisclosure agreement and confidentiality is of the utmost priority. Performance Roundtable antitrust compliance policies and procedures are followed whenever member information is shared.

Will my competitors get access to my confidential information?

You WILL NOT be in a peer group with your competitors. Members of your peer group, along with Performance Roundtable staff including employees and contractors, are all under non-disclosure agreements.
