BILL PROVETT
Bill Provett is a family business consultant who has been active in a variety of domestic and international industries including construction, manufacturing, electronics, telecommunications, and automotive as a consultant and agent of change.
Bill has a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is an MBA and is a licensed General Contractor. While working in the telecommunications industry for ITT and Northern Telecom at the Vice President and General Manager levels, he managed over 3,000 employees and was responsible for a business division with over $100 million in annual sales.
During his 20 years of business consulting, Bill has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as United Technologies Automotive and Flowserve. Since joining The Family Business Institute in 2002, Bill has worked with dozens of family and closely-held companies from all across the country.
Bill has over 40 years of experience as an internal and external consultant in the business world.
