The Family Business Institute's case study presentation of "Meet the Penmaens" was the most interactive session we have had in five years of programming. Wayne Rivers provided just the right amounts of direction and dialogue to the process to encourage audience participation to the fullest. The program was a hit because the business families in the room embraced the frank and open comments of the Penmaen Family about the business and each other. And, you could actually see them contemplating the family dynamics in their own family business as they watched and listened to the interviews. "Meet the Penmaens" was highly rated by our attendees, and I would recommend it to other Directors.
