Julian's experience includes five years in commercial and private banking, where he worked largely with middle-market businesses, their owners and advisors. He also spent seven years in product management in the high tech sector, where he spearheaded multiple build/partner/buy strategic initiatives and transformed a $10 million business-line into a $30 million industry leader. Julian's operational experience in M&A, handling of multiple leadership and ownership changes, and repositioning businesses in a shifting marketplace gives him a sound background for helping family-owned businesses work through challenging situations.
