Dr. Mike Lyons, Family Business Consultant |
 Family Business Consultant Dr. Mike Lyons has spent his career implementing organizational change through process innovation and continuous learning. He has experience in systems theory, human resource planning, business research, consulting, training, organizational change, total quality management, and other areas; he is an expert in human and organization behavior.
Mike was the co-founder of the Impact Group, the author of The Knowledge-Based Organization: Four Steps to Increasing Sales, Profits, and Market Share and is the author of numerous articles and papers. He was a Senior Consultant at Learning International, worked in Human Resources at Westinghouse Electric, studied for the Catholic priesthood, worked as a Peace Corps volunteer, and taught English literature in an inner city high school.
He has Masters Degrees from Wayne State University and Duquesne University, a Ph.D. from Duquesne University, and has done postgraduate work at the Theology Gregorian University of Rome.
